Domestic Orders (Within Australia)

All domestic orders in Australia are shipped via Australia Post from Melbourne, VIC, using Parcel Post as the standard shipping method. If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting the Express Post option.

Orders placed before 12 PM AEST will be packed and dispatched on the same day. Please note, it may take up to one business day to receive your tracking number.

In-Stock Items

For orders totaling $30.00 or more, we offer free shipping through AusPost Parcel Post, including a tracking number.
If you prefer faster delivery, Express Post is available for an additional $5.00 on orders of $30.00 or more.
For orders under $30.00, there is a flat shipping fee of $5.00 via Parcel Post. You can also choose Express Post for a flat rate of $10.00.

Backorder Items

Items on backorder will be shipped according to the estimated arrival date provided on the product page. We will keep you informed at each stage of the ordering process.

International Orders

International orders will be packed and shipped via International Post (Australia Post) within 1-3 business days. Expect delivery within 7-10 business days, and a tracking number will be provided.
